Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba

Located near Lake Saiko in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba is a restored village of thatched-roof farmhouses rebuilt after a landslide destroyed the original hamlet in 1966. Its houses now host craft workshops, small museums and tea rooms, and on clear days Mount Fuji rises majestically behind the village.
