Located in Izumisano, Osaka Prefecture, Shipporyu-ji is the head temple of the Inunaki school of Shingon Buddhism. Hidden in the forested gorge of Mount Inunaki, this historic mountain temple is dedicated to Kurikara Fudo Myoo and lies along the Katsuragi 28 Shuku, an ancient pilgrimage route of mountain ascetics.
