Located in Takasago, Hyogo Prefecture, Oushiko Shrine is an ancient sanctuary renowned as the home of the Ishi-no-Hoden, a colossal Megalith carved from tuff that appears to float above a stone reservoir. Revered as one of Japan's three mysterious wonders, the shrine is dedicated to the deities Ōkuninushi and Sukunabikona and has drawn worshippers seeking health, safety, and divine protection since antiquity.
